A well-manufactured cycle cover of good design.
The silver, waterproofed, woven material is strong and unlikely to be discoloured by ultra-violet radiation in sunlight.
Three Velcro fastener straps hold the cover in position effectively in windy conditions.
The cover is just large enough to fit over the traditional style bicycle, fitted with front and rear baskets, for which it was purchased.
The delivery service was excellent.

extremely pleased with the oxford bike cover. it is good value for money & protects my bike really well.

Keeps the bike dry, has survived some big winds so far with no damage. It fits my big bike with wide handle bars and enormous paniers, but only just. It would not cope with a basket as well.

Good cover easy to fit over the bike and mine's a mountain bike with large forks. It keeps the bike dry in the rain and seems fairly durable. I'll see how it performs through the winter but its made a hell of a difference now having a bike in the garden rather than cluttering up the hallway of my small flat!

It is a cover for a bicycle. The picture here does not do it justice - that is the bag for putting the cover in, not the actual product.
There are three velcro straps to do, which are fiddly. If I don't do them up, I've noticed that my bike is more likely to fall over. Not sure why - maybe the wind catches it. Sorted that out now I have a bike stand. Not sure how long the will last before it rips, though.
The material is very much like tent or umberella material. It keeps things dry as long as nothing is touching it. When you put this on, the handle bars and seat will touch the cover, and thus will be damp. It keeps the majority of it off. And the silver reflective colour means that UV damage will be kept to a minimum. I like it.
Oh, and it fits my mountain bike fine - with a little room to spare, so I imagine it would be suitable for most size bikes. I am happy with this, and would recommend it.
