I bought this to help me diagnose a problem with my daughters 106 and undertake the necessary repairs. I ended up removing the cylinder head, skimming it, grinding the valves, and getting it all back together again.
Reasonably easy to follow with some useful hints and tips. Car started first time - not bad for a bloke who hasn't picked up a spanner for over 20 years!

When I was younger, (and cars were simpler,) I did most of my own repairs and servicing. Then for years I drove company cars, so my skills, such as they were, got a trifle rusty. Having recently retired, and not having lots of money to spare, I needed some repairs done on my car. This manual told me step by step how to go about the job. The instructions are easy to read and easy to understand. The only criticism I would make, if it can be called that, is the difficulty rating. It describes the job I undertook as being "fairly easy, suitable for a beginner with some experience." Personally I would have said anyone with a pair of eyes and a pair of hands could have done it! Other than that, an excellent product so far. No doubt I will learn more as I tackle more jobs.
